This place is conveniently located near everything you need, including local shops, restaurants, and the Promenade.

24 hour pool and the breakfast was amazing.

More workers, had to wait everytime we needed them at the counter.

You can bring your furry friend along 🐾, and the rooms have been recently renovated. They feature two spacious queen beds and offer stunning views.

The suite was well-maintained and clean, featuring a balcony, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a nice selection including cookies and scrambled eggs.

The only thing nice about this hotel was the room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the location of this hotel is very convenient

I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and I must say that this is the worst experience I've had at any of them. For starters one of our room keys did not work and I say this because it turned out to be very inconvenient as my wife was bringing my son and I towels because there were no towels in the pool area. She had to pound on the door to the pool room because her key card would not work. When we told the person at the front desk that there were no towels in the pool room they told us that we should have brought towels down from our room. Well we would have had we been told to do so upon check-in. But the worst part was the breakfast. There were no clean trays so I had to take a dirty tray and clean it off. And they were out of sausage patties so I poked my head in the pantry room to tell someone only to see a lady standing there eating a yogurt! Then I went to get some ketchup for my eggs and there was no ketchup. So I poked my head back into the pantry room and told her there was no more ketchup and at this point she only seemed to be annoyed. Then I went to get some coffee and there was no coffee. This whole breakfast situation was a joke and that lady Donna is her name how she is even employed there is beyond me. It took her forever to do anything and the whole time we were down there all she did was look annoyed and move very slowly and she never brought out any clean trays. This hotel absolutely was not worth $300 and I probably will never stay at a Holiday Inn again

The room was newly renovated with king beds included. The hotel has a marvelous and beautiful location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, the coast, aquarium, and several good restaurant choices. A cool bonus was the nearby Dough Dough Bakery that offered tea and coffee.

Great and gorgeous location on the coast, good for visiting Seaside. Based really close to all the shops and eateries as well as airport, shopping and local attractions. King room was updated and the food was great. Free and generous breakfast with cookies and scrambled eggs on request.

Beds were not great.

The rooms here are clean, affordable, and have very comfortable beds and bathrooms, in a great location.

Imagine having your own balcony and a pantry right in your room! Plus, the bed is so comfy that you'll never want to leave. The free breakfast is a real treat, especially those tasty cinnamon rolls and sausage patties. This place is conveniently located near the bridge in a lovely area. 🌆

Breakfast was really busy, so set up could have been a bit more efficient. But staff tried their best!

Good location.

We did not receive the room we booked, even after calling 4 days in advance to make sure the room was what we paid for. I slept 2 nights on a roll away bed,(very uncomfortable) because they could not meet our reservations. We were suppose to receive a call back from the manager, hah, still no call!! And, the room we were given had a slimy, oily type of substance on the walls behind the TV. Housekeeping was suppose to be "put on it right away", you guessed it, we never saw them either.
